Raising Ministry-Ready Leaders
The Prevailing School of Ministry, Eldoret is a spiritual leadership institution under Prevailing Church. Its purpose is to raise biblically grounded, spiritually mature, and ministry-ready leaders who will effectively serve the church, community, and the nations.
This school is a leadership pipeline for pastors, evangelists, teachers, worship leaders, media ministers, missionaries, and marketplace reformers. As Prevailing Church continues to grow in grace, influence, and territorial impact, the need for structured ministerial training has become both urgent and prophetic.
The school is therefore a response to the divine mandate to equip faithful men and women for the work of ministry and for the expansion of Christ’s kingdom.
To raise equipped, spirit-filled, and transformational ministers for church, community, and global kingdom impact.
To provide sound biblical training, practical ministry experience, leadership development, and spiritual impartation for effective kingdom service.
What The School Seeks To Do
